Pricing
One platform. One price per user.
The Authonomy software subscription covers the Application Identity Runtime and the Enterprise Identity Control Plane together, with Standard support included. Silver and Gold support plans and implementation services are priced separately.
Software subscription
$8 per user, per month
One price covers both capability groups together.
Volume agreements, deployment requirements, and negotiated terms are handled directly. If you need only one of the two capability groups, contact us for standalone pricing.
What the subscription covers
Two responsibilities, licensed together.
01 / Application Identity Runtime
The identity boundary your applications use.
Applications connect to Authonomy, and Authonomy connects that application contract to an approved identity provider. The provider continues to run its own authentication journey. When the provider behind an application changes, the application contract remains stable.
How the runtime works →02 / Enterprise Identity Control Plane
A shared view of the estate, and one path to change it.
Authonomy records the applications, identity systems, and relationships that make up the estate, along with where authority sits for each part. Teams approve the outcome they want, and within that scope Authonomy carries it out through each connected system’s own administrative interface.
How estate control works →Support plans
Standard support is included. Two paid plans add priority support and technical guidance.
Paid plans are priced as a percentage added to your software subscription. Product updates and security fixes are part of every plan — they are not held back for the paid tiers.
01 / Standard
Included
In the software subscription
- Product documentation
- Product updates and security fixes
- Business-hours product support
02 / Silver
+10%
Additional, on top of software
- Everything in Standard
- Priority support
- A defined escalation path
- Configuration and upgrade guidance
- Quarterly technical reviews
03 / Gold
+20%
Additional, on top of software
- Everything in Silver
- A named technical lead and backup contact
- Monthly operational reviews, in place of quarterly
- Proactive upgrade planning
A named technical lead is a point of contact and escalation owner for your account. It does not mean an engineer dedicated to you full time. Support covers Authonomy itself; it does not mean Authonomy operates your cloud accounts or deployment infrastructure.
Outside the subscription
Work the subscription and support plans do not cover.
None of the following is part of the software subscription or a support plan. Where any of it is needed, scope, delivery responsibility, and price are agreed separately.
- Implementation
- Standing up Authonomy against your providers and applications, and bringing the first part of the estate under management.
- Migration
- Moving applications and configuration between providers, with the planning and verification around each move.
- Custom integrations and development
- Providers, applications, or behavior outside current product coverage.
- Infrastructure operations
- Day-to-day running of deployment infrastructure.
- Dedicated staffing
- People assigned to a program for a defined period.
